Abstract:

В современных условиях металлические ресурсы Армении эксплуатируются экстенсивным способом, углубляя проблему их истощения. Рента, полученная от эксплуатации металлических руд, полностью потребляется нынешним поколением, тем самым нарушая основополагающий принцип устойчивого развития равноправия всех поколений и условие устойчивости. Автор предлагает внедрение механизма изъятия горной ренты от эксплуатации месторождений металлических руд в РА, обосновывая его теоретически и исходя из опыта других стран. Currently metals in Armenia are extracted extensively, thus making the depletion issue of high importance. The received resources rent taxes are completed consumed by the current generation, thus violating the grounding principle of sustainable development, namely intergenerational equity, and sustainability condition. The author proposes to introduce a mechanism of levying metal resources rent taxes in the Republic of Armenia that is grounded on the theory and is justified by taking into account the practices applied in other nations.
