Abstract:

В данной статье рассматриваются сущность, экономические, социальные и правовые причины возникновения теневой экономики, а также ее социально-экономические последствия. Независимо от позитивного и негативного влияния теневой экономики на общество,она считается преступной деятельностью. The article discusses the nature of shadow economy, its economic, social and legal cause-roots, andsocio-economic consequences. Regardless of its negative or positive impact on the society, shadow economy is defined as an illegal activity. The existence of the shadow economy and the high rates at which its size is growing are attributed to several factors that can be divided into two groups: direct and indirect factors. Based on research results the authors identify that illegal activity oftentimes reflects how well the whole system of public administration functions in a given nation.
