Данная статья посвящена вопросам взаимодействия налоговой политики и налогового администрирования. Причем их оптимальным соотношением можно охарактеризовать в первую очередь находящиеся в центре экономических проблем причины возникновения и масштабы теневой экономики. The article presents the interplay of tax policy with the tax administration. Moreover, the real relation between both of them can, first of all, assist to identify the sources of unregistered income and measure the size of the shadow economy. The characteristics that describe the existence of the shadow economy are not only revenues received by the informal businesses and the negative impact caused by the informal activities, but also distortion of competitive and investment relations.
