Abstract:

Известно, что кредитная экономика облегчает оборот ценностей, позволяет с меньшими затратами осуществлять сделки, тем самым обеспечивая высокую мобильность капитала. Одновременно, она представляет собой довольно серьезную опасность для экономики, в частности, с точки зрения стагнации денежного оборота, нормального хода исполнения платежных обязательств и, в конечном счете, нарушения ритма производственного процесса.It is known, that the economy fueled by the credit boom makes the circulation of assets easier, and makes transactions less expensive, thus increasing the mobility of capital. However, it could be a serious threat to the economy: stagnation in the circulation of money; obligations regarding debt service; and finally distortion of effective production processes.
