Abstract:

В рамках данной статьи в теоретической плоскости рассмотрены проблемы в сфере ирригации. Также предложены основные механизмы улучшения данной сферы, что способствует дальнейшему развитию инфраструктуры в сфере водоснабжения. The article identifies the issues of the irrigation sector based on the theoretical principles, and proposes the main mechanisms that would develop the sector and would further improve state of water supply infrastructure.
