Abstract:

В статье описывается совокупность принимаемых уполномоченным органом мер по противодействию малипуляциям на рынке ценных бумаг как в международной практике, так и в Армении. Выявлены основные недостатки механизмов, принимаемых надзорным органом Армении. The article presents the measures (instruments and tools) undertaken and implemented by regulatory institutions to prevent manipulations in the securities markets worldwide and in Armenia as well. The author identifies the major disadvantages of the existing mechanisms utilized by the respective supervisory institution in charge of regulating securities market in Armenia.
