Нормально функционирующий фондовый рынок состоит из двух основных сегментов: рынка корпоративных ценных бумаг и рынка государственных ценных бумаг. Рынку акций РА присущ ряд недостатков, которые препятствуют развитию рынка корпоративных ценных бумаг. Большинство проблемотечественного рынка акций лежит в плоскости методом формирования рынка ценных бумаг. Efficiently functioning stock markets is composed of two main sub-markets: corporate securities and government bonds sub-markets. The Armenian stock market has several setbacks that prevent the development of the corporate securities market. Many of the issues the stock market is currently facing in our country are owing to methods and practices that are utilized by securities market.
