Abstract:

Местное самоуправление регулируется согласно закону РА «О местном самоуправлении», положения которого распространяются на все общины РА вне зависимости от их статуса. The local self-governance is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Armenia on Local Self-Government, and the provisions stated by the Law are universal for all communities in the Republic of Armenia regardless the status of community.
