Abstract:

Любая страна, на протяжении всего исторического развития при осуществлении некоторых экономических функций пользуется соответствующими рычагами. В зависимости от воздействия на общественное воспроизводство, выделяются две основные формы экономического регулирования: антициклическая или краткосрочная и долгосрочная или целевая. При условии их оптимального балансирования возможно обеспечение устойчивого экономического роста и избежание глубоких экономических спадов в кризисных ситуациях.Any country, throughout the course of the historical development, has implemented some of the economic functions by means of its appropriate tools. Depending on the nature of impact on the common industry, there are two main forms of economic regulation: anti-cyclic or short-term regulation and target or long-term regulation. In the case of the optimal balance between them, it is possible to provide a sustainable economic growth and to avoid deep economic declines during crisis situations.
