Abstract:

Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме антикризисного управления акционерных обществ РА. Учитывая наличие проблемы улучшения деятельности в большинстве акционерных обществ РА, в статье сделана попытка выявления основных факторов, способствующих повышению эффективности антикризисного управления акционерных обществ. This article presents crisis management issues in the joint stock companies of the Republic of Armenia. Taking into account the issues of improving the performance of the majority of joint stock companies in Republic of Armenia, the article attempts to identify the major factors that could increase the efficiency of the crisis management in joint stock companies.
