Abstract:

The article discusses the corporate ethics issues in the joint-stock companies of Armenia. Taking into consideration the issues of building corporate relations and improvement of the performance of the majority of joint-stock companies, the article attempts to identify the main factors that affect the quality of corporate governance and ethics. Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме корпоративной этики в акционерных обществах Республики Армения. Учитывая наличие проблем построения цивилизованных корпоративных отношений и улучшения деятельности в большинстве акционерных обществ Республики Армения, в статье сделана попытка выявления основных факторов, влияющих на повышение качества корпоративного управления и корпоративной этики.
