Деятельность производственных единиц «неформального сектора» экономики не всегда сознательно направлена на уклонение от уплаты налогов или расходов на социальное обеспечение, на нарушение трудовой или других правовых и административных норм. Соответственно, экономическую сущность «неформального сектора» экономики следует различать от сущности скрытой (или теневой) экономики.Business entities of the “informal sector”, not always, deliberately tend to avoid from tax or social security payments, or violate labor or other types of legislative or administrative laws and regulations. Respectively there is a slight difference between these two categories: “informal sector” and “shadow economy”.
