Статья посвящена изучению методов и механизмов стимулирования инновационной деятельности государственных компаний и компаний с госучастием в Республике Армения, факторов, обусловливающих эффективное применение данных методов и механизмов, возможных источников финансирования инновационных и инвестиционных проектов, а также проблем активизации деятельности государственных компаний и компаний с госучастием на рынке ценных бумаг. The article is devoted to the study of methods and mechanisms for stimulating the innovative activity of the state companies and companies with state participation in the Republic of Armenia, factors that determine the effective application of these methods and mechanisms, possible sources of financing the innovative and investment projects, as well as the problems of activating the activities of state participation in the securities market.
