Abstract:

В статье рассмотрены предпосылки возникновения, место и значение обязательного страхования автогражданской ответственности ( ОСАГО ) - одной из разновидностей сис- темы страхования в РА. Сравнительный анализ приведенного в статье богатого цифрового материала позволил получить общее представление о страховых компаниях по ОСАГО, а также о состоянии рынка ОСАГО в целом. Представлены применяемые в сфере новшества, а также проекты, находящиеся на стадии обсуждения. The article presents one of the lessons of insurance market: the forming, place and the role of Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance (CMTPLI) in the insurance system of Armenia. The article provides various data that allow comparing the performance of different insurance companies engaged in CMTPLI market in a specific timeframe, and identifying the CMTPLI market trends. The article presents the new techniques and practices utilized by the market players, and the projects that are still under consideration.
