Abstract:

Настоящая статья посвящена проблеме внедрения накопительной пенсионной системы в РА. Учитывая тенденцию постепенного увеличения численности пенсионеров в РА, в статье сделана попытка выявления возможностей улучшения качества социального обеспечения посредством законодательного регулирования накопительной пенсионной системы. Особое внимание уделено повышению эффективности управления рисками накопительной пенсионной системы. Поскольку реформирование пенсионной системы имеет важное социальное значение, то им должны быть озабочены как члены общества, так и государство. The article presents the issues related with the introduction of the funded pension systems in the Republic of Armenia. By taking into account the trend pattern of aging population (growing number of pensioners) in the Republic of Armenia, the article attempts to identify the possibilities of improving the state of social security by regulating the funded pension system (legal aspect). A special attention is paid to the social security issues of pensioners, raising efficiency and improving the management of risks of the funded pension system, and disclosure of relevant information on pensions fund managers. Since pension system reforms are of social importance, they need to be constantly monitored by the government and the general public.
