Abstract:

Статья посвящена изучению опыта стремительного развития экономики Южной Кореи. За 30 лет Южная Корея прошла путь, который развитые страны преодолевали в течение 100 лет. Это в основном было обусловлено внешней стратегией развития экономики, разработанной правительством Кореи, наличием качественной рабочей силы и технологических инноваций. В статье на основании экономического опыта Южной Кореи предложены определенные механизмы обеспечения сбалансированного и устойчивого развития экономики РА. The article is devoted to the study of the experience of rapid development of the economy of the South Korea. In 30 years the South Korea covered the way that the developed countries overcame in 100 years. This is mainly conditioned by the external strategy of economy development of the government of Korea, the availability of high-quality workforce and technological innovation. In the article, based on the economic experience of the South Korea, certain mechanisms ensuring balanced and sustainable development of the economy of the RA have been proposed.
