Abstract:

Հոդվածում վերլուծության են ենթարկվել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Բելառուսի Հանրապետության տեխնոլոգիաների փոխանցման շուկաների զարգացումները։ Մասնավորապես, դիտարկվել են երկրու երկրներում տեխնոլոգիաների փոխանցման գործընթացները պայմանավորող ինստիտուցիոնալ և մակրոտնտեսական գործոնները, քննարկվել են այդ μնագավառում առկա հիմնախնդիրները։ Հոդվածում կատարված վերլուծության արդյունքում կատարվել են տեխնոլոգիաների փոխանցման գործընթացի μարելավման հետ կապված առաջարկություններ։ The article analyzes the patterns of trends in technology transfer markets in the Republics of Armenia and Belarus. Namely, the institutional and macroeconomic factors affecting the technology transfer processes in both nations were reviewed and the issues that still exist in this area were discussed. Based on the results of the analysis presented in the article the respective recommendations were proposed to improve the technology transfer process.
