Abstract:

Статья посвящена условиям перехода к «зеленой экономике». Реализация условий, представляющих собой ряд этапов цепочки, позволит развивать экономику по «зеленому» пути. Рассмотрение этих проблем легло в основу статьи, в которой также представлен опыт других стран, уже реализовавших эти условия или делающих в этом направлении первые шаги. The article provides conditions for transition to “green economy.” The transition anticipates several interconnected stages that the nation needs to undergo to ensure sustainable development. The article addresses these issues, and discusses the practices that other nations adopted/applied or intend to adopt/apply to ensure the transition to “green economy.”
