Abstract:

Айваз является центром провинции Хузстан и одним из важнейших городов Ирана. Он имеет глубокое прошлое и богатый опыт урбанизации. В планах городского развития и социально–экономического процветания необходимо уделять особое внимание актуальным проблемам и вызовам в области географии человека, то есть росту населения, неконтролируемым миграционным потокам из других регионов, аномальным скоплениям населения в пригородных районах, а также стихийному формированию различных типов пригородов. Ahvaz is the center of Khuzstan province and one of the most important cities of Iran. It has long–standing urbanization past and great experience. In Ahvaz plans of urban development and socio–economic prosperity it is necessary to pay special attention to current issues and challenges of human geography, i.e. population growth, uncontrolled immigration flows from other regions, suburban areas and the spontaneous formation of abnormal accumulations of different types of suburbs.
