Cовременное состояние общества в данной статье анализируется, обосновывается и объясняется исходя из экономических, демократических и других развивающих теорий. В основе исследования лежит анализ результатов осуществлённой в общественном секторе социальной программы, направленной на улучшение морально–психической атмосферы и социально–экономического положения крайне необеспеченных семей. The condition of the modern society is being analyzed, justified and explained on the basis of economical, democratic and other developing theories. In the basis of this investigation lays the analysis of the results of the implementation in the public sector of the program aimed at improving the moral and psychological atmosphere and socio–economic status of extremely needy families.
