Abstract:

В настоящей статье анализируются особенности осмысления иерархии в системе права, поскольку идея иерархии играет важную роль в сфере праворегулирования. В этом смысле иерархия правовых норм свидетельствует о иерархическом характере социальных (общественных) отношений и социальных норм (в том числе правовых норм), в которых поведение людей соответствует (должно соответствовать) требованиям иерархической структуры этих норм. This article analyzes the characteristics of the comprehension of the hierarchy in the legal system, since the idea of hierarchy is important in the field of legal regulation. In this sense, the hierarchy of legal norms indicates the hierarchical nature of the social (public) relations and social norms (including legal norms), where people՛s behavior corresponds (must correspond) to the requirements of the hierarchical structure of these norms.
