Статья представляет исследование роли законодательной власти в системе разделения властей. Характеризуются признаки, которые представляют политологические аспекты деятельности парламента в качестве органа законодательной власти в системе разделения властей. Роль законодательных органов обосновывается процессом развития конституционных механизмов в системе разделения властей. This article presents the investigation of the role of legislative power in the system of separation of powers. Features presenting politological aspects of the Parliament as a legislative body in the system of separation of powers are characterized. The role of legislative power is based on the process of development of constitutional mechanisms in the system of separation of powers.
