Статья посвященa одной из актуальных проблем современной юридической литературы–раскрытию понятия и характерных черт правового режима. В статье автор представляет разные мнения правоведов о понятии и особенностях правового режима, отраженные в юридической литературе. В рамках обсуждаемой темы, подчеркивается сходства и отличия терминов «правовой режим» и «правовое положение». Более того, автор также представляет взаимосвязь терминов «правовой режим» и «правопорядок». The article is devoted to one of actual problems of modern legal literature–the disclosure of the concept and characteristics of the legal regime. In the article, the author presents various opinions of legists which are about the concept and features of legal regime in legal literature. In the framework of the topic, the author highlights the similarities and differences between the terms «legal regime» and «legal status». Moreover, the author presents the relationship of the terms «legal regime» and «legal order».
