Abstract:

В статье рассматривается проблема создания и использования оптимальной модели подготовки и переподготовки учителей иностранных языков в РА, с учетом передового опыта развитых стран в этой области. Выявлены содержательные характеристики моделей переподготовки учителей иностранных языков таких развитых стран: как США, Великобритания, Германия. Обоснованы положительные стороны предложенной модели, которая может лежать в основе применения новых технологий обучения, переподготовки, составления новых планов уроков, создания новых программ и программных документов.
It is possible to solve the problem of creating and using an optimal model of training and retraining of foreign language teachers in Armenia, taking into account the best practices in this fi eld in highly developed countries. It reveals the main characteristics of the wellknown models of retraining foreign language teachers in the developed countries such as USA, UK, Germany and substantiates the positive aspects of the proposed model, which can be the basis of implementing new technologies of training, retraining, preparing new lesson plans, creating new programs and policy documents․
