Abstract:

В статье рассмотрены ключевые задачи и особенности социальной политики государства, а также проводимые в стране программы социальной поддержки. С целью повышения уровня благосостояния людей, находящихся в социально неблагоприятных условиях, предложено разработать и реализовать целевые программы обучения ремеслам детей из многодетных семей, а также официально утвердить состав, структуру и стоимость минимальной потребительской корзины для основных социально-демографических групп и в расчете на душу населения.The article discusses the issues and peculiarities of the social policy, and the social assistance programs implemented by the government. In order to improve the well-being of socially unprotected, vulnerable people the author proposes to design and implement targeted craft training programs for children from large families; to define the composition of the minimum consumers basket and calculate the monetary value of the basket based on the items and their respective quantities included in the minimum consumer basket for various social and demographic groups and per capita.
