Abstract:

Статья посвящена обобщенному исследованию рынка современных производных инструментов. В ней описана краткая картина как внедрения производных инструментов в отдельных странах (США, Великобритания, Япония, Индия), так и хронология важных событий на рынках этих стран, для организации торговли ответственными организаторами. Цель работы – на основе изучения рынка производных инструментов развитых стран выявить те проведенные в финансовой сфере реформы, которые способствовали достижению успехов в этих странах. The article presents a brief study of modern derivatives markets. The author presents how the market for derivative products emerged in several nations (the United States, United Kingdom, Japan, and India), and briefly describes how the derivatives trade evolved over time. By studying the evolution and development of derivatives markets in advanced nations, the author attempts to identify the reforms in the financial sector required to ensure such progress.
