Abstract:

Сельское хозяйство является важнейшей отраслью развития экономики Армении, обеспечения занятости иповышения общего благосостояния населения.В стрaне отсутствует систематизированнaя и последовательнaя политика обеспечения долгосрочного истабильного развития аграрной сферы, в основе реализации которой лежит вопрос финансирования. Одной из проблем сферы сельского хозяйства является его кредитование, которое на сегодняшний день не удовлетворяет потребности хозяйствующих субъектов и не создает условия получения доступных кредитов.Необходимо задействовать взаимовыгодные как для финансовых организаций, так и крестьянских хозяйств рыночные механизмы кредитования. The agriculture is one of the important industries of the economy that ensures economic development, provides employment opportunities, and raises the general standards of living in the Republic of Armenia.The nation lacks an implementation of a systemized and consistent policy to ensure long-run and sustainable development of the sector of economy that is based on the need for funding for the agriculture.One of the issues of the sector is the funding available to the agriculture that is not sufficient to meet the demand of farmers or other entities and not everyone can afford such loans. It is required to ensure such market mechanisms for access to loans that both framers and financial intermediaries will benefit from.
