Abstract:

Статья посвящена анализу некоторых факторов, положительно и отрицательно влияющих на возможности привлечения инвестиций в экономику РА в рамках ЕАЭС. В рамках статьи акцентируются некоторые положения договора о ЕАЭС и закона, регулирующего инвестиции в РА, которые оказали положительное влияние и могут повлиять на процессы привлечения инвестиций в РА. В работе представлены также факторы, которые могут отрицательно повлиять на инвестиционный климат РА.The article analyzes several factors that positively and negatively affect the possibility of attracting investments into the economy of the Republic of Armenia upon its accession to the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU). The author refers to some terms and concepts stated both in the Treaty on the Eurasian Economic Union and the Law on Foreign Investments that positively affected and would continue having positive impact on the processes of attracting investments into the Republic of Armenia. The article addresses those factors that would have negative impact on the investment climate in the Republic of Armenia as well.
