Анализ предпосылок развития рынка ценных бумаг НКР позволяет сделать вывод, что для становления рынка ценных бумаг НКР необходимо повысить уровень финансовой грамотности населения, увеличить количество ОАО, устранить отрицательное воздействие факторов, препятствующих развитию рынка ценных бумаг, а также посредством СМИ повысить уровень осведомленности населения.The analysis of development perspectives of the securities market in the Nagorno Karabakh Republic (NKR) allows the authors to conclude that in order to build a strong securities market it is required to raise the financial literacy level of the population, to increase the number of open joint stock companies, to eliminate and/or minimize the negative impact of the factors impeding the development of the securities market, and to increase the public awareness via the mass media.
