Abstract:

Энергетический сектор имеет стратегическое значение для независимости, безопасности страны и устойчивого развития экономики. Энергетический сектор рассматривается как важный компонент инфраструктуры, необходимой для развития экономики, кроме того, электроэнергетическая система является значимым элементом производственной инфраструктуры, что обосновывает и объясняет роль энергетического сектора в экономическом развитии. Укрепление позиций Армении в шкале рейтинга Легкость ведения бизнеса Всемирного банка может стать дополнительным стимулом в контексте привлечения новых инвестиций, одной из характеристик которых является электроэнергетическая система.The energy sector is of strategic importance for the country’s independence, security and sustainable development of the economy. The energy sector is considered to be an important component of the infrastructure necessary for the economy development, moreover, the electric power and energy system is an essential element of the production infrastructure, which substantiates and explains the role of the energy sector in economic development. The strengthening of Armenia’s position in the World Bank’s Ease of Doing Business ranking scale can be an additional impetus in the context of attracting new investments, one of the characteristics of which is the electric power and energy system.
