Abstract:

В статье изучены послереволюционные программы трех постсоветских стран. Революции в Украине и Грузии произошли в 2004-2005 годах, и зарегистрированные результаты предложенных программ более очевидны. Была поставлена задача изучить и выявить осуществленные программы с целью внедрения лучшей практики в Республике Армения. In the article the post-revolutionary programs of three post-Soviet countries have been studied. The revolutions in Ukraine and Georgia were taken place in 2004-2005, and the recorded results of the proposed programs are more evident. The task has been set to to study and identify the implemented programs aiming to introduce the best practices in the Republic of Armenia.
