Abstract:

Многие страны рассматривают ядерные технологии как основу энергетической безопасности. Исходя из экономических соображений, ядерные технологии теряют свою конкурентоспособность, и этот процесс носит продолжительный характер. В основе развития ядернои энергетики лежат прочие стимулы, такие как не отставание от региональных развитий, обеспечение уровня научно-технического развития, разработка технологий двойного назначения и т. д., которые оказывают существенное влияние на экономическое обоснование ее концепции. Many countries consider nuclear technologies as the basis of energy security. Judging from economic considerations, nuclear technologies are losing their competitiveness and this process is of ongoing nature. Other incentives underpin development of nuclear energy, such as keeping up with regional developments, ensuring the level of scientific and technological development, development of dual-use technologies, etc., which have a serious impact on the economic justification of its concept.
