Подводя итоги изучения проблемы интерпретации теоретических и практических основ «вторичной» теневой экономической деятельности, авторы приходят к выводу, что эта деятельность в своих различных проявлениях носит противозаконный и противоправный характер, оказывая негативное влияние на формирование и развитие справедливой и эффективной социально-экономической системы. Thus, summing up the interpretation of the theoretical and the practical basis for the “secondary” shadow economic activities, we arrive at a conclusion that it has a variety of performances. It turns out that the mentioned activities are of an unlawful and illegal character and negatively impact the shaping and the development of fair and efficient socio-economic system.
