Abstract:

В настоящее время проблема регулирования текущего счета платежного баланса, являющегося существенным компонентом экономической политики страны, пока еще не подверглась тщательному и системати-зированному исследованию.Более того, за два десятилетия независимости проявилась тенденция роста отрицательного сальдо платежного баланса, что может стать серьезным препятствием для стабильного развития экономики республики. Необходимостью решения упомянутых проблем и недостаточным уровнем их исследования обусловлено содержание представленной статьи.Currently, the issues of regulating the current account balance, one of the main components of the economic policy, haven’t been yet well studies. Moreover, during two decades of independence, the deficit of the current account was growing, which could be a serious impediment to the sustainable development in the Republic. The article attempts to fill the gap, by proposing measures and steps to address these issues and carrying out a comprehensive study.
