Abstract:

Учитывая важность сельского хозяйства в жизнеобеспечении и стабилизации акономики страны, сразу же после провозглашения независимости в рамках либерализации экономики республики была избрана политика приватизации земли и всего комплекса сельскохозяйственного производства. Having regard the importance of agriculture in the country`s life and economic stability, immediately after the declaration of independence, within the framework of the liberalization of the economy the privatization policy of the whole complex of agricultural production and land, serving infrastructures, sales and processing organizations was introduced, which created solid prerequisite for the efficient usage of available potential of the village.
