Abstract:

В рамках настоящей статьи сделана попытка исследования сущности понятия «эффективность налогообложения», основной цели налогообложения, факторов, обусловливающих эффективность налогообложения и шагов, предпринятых в направлении ее повышения, роли налоговой нагрузки и влияния ее на ведение бизнеса. Для исследования указанных вопросов, в частности, были изучены поправки, внесенные в законы РА «О подоходном налоге» и «О налоге с оборота», нацеленные на повышение эаффективности налогообложения и ведение бизнеса в рамках борьбы против коррупции, а также необходимые изменения налогового бремени и другие важные шагиThe article attempts to study what is the meaning of the term “taxation effectiveness”, what are the main objectives, and which factors explain that efficiency, and what has been initiated to increase the effectiveness, what is the role of the tax burden in increasing the effectiveness and how all that affects doing business. In order to research the above stated issues, the changes made in two laws of the Republic of Armenia (namely Income Tax, and Turnover Tax) in the framework of reducing the size of the shadow economy have been studied that could enable to increase the effectiveness of the taxation and improve conditions for doing business; and for the same purpose respective changes in the tax burden and other important steps have been studied as well.
