Abstract:

The article discusses the peculiarities of the innovation system of Armenia with economy in transition; analyzes the specifications of the building process of the System and its modern role for small innovative enterprises. Specific recommendations are proposed in order to create an efficient and productive infrastructure and enabling factors to support innovative SMEs. Հոդվածում քննարկվում են ՀՀ անցումային տնտեսության նորարարական համակարգի առանձնահատկությունները, քննարկվում են դրա կայացման յուրահատկությունը ժամանակակից փոքր նորարար ձեռնարկությունների պայմաններում: Ձևակերպվել են հստակ առաջարկություններ արդյունավետ և արտադրական ենթակառուցվածքներ ստեղծելու ուղղությամμ, որոնք կխթանեն փոքր և միջին նորարար ձեռնարկություններին:
