Одним из уроков глобального финансового кризиса считается необходимость преобразования классических подходов и методов финансового регулирования типичных для либеральных экономик.The state of country’s balance of payments strongly depends on efficient use of traditional and new approaches to the issues macroeconomic regulation. One of the lessons of global financial crisis is considered to be the need to transform classic approaches and methods of financial regulation typical for liberal economies.
