Финансовый кризис США постепенно начал распространяться по всему миру. И в этих условиях очень важно знать как управлять государственным долгом. Уже ясно, что долговые отношения считаются движущей силой процесса глобализации. В статье были изучены проблемы внешнего государственного долга, подходы и стратегии управления им после воздействия всемирного финансового кризиса.The Global Financial Crisis started in the United States and gradually was transmitted to other countries, stressing the importance of management of external public debt. The article presents issues on the management of external public debt that reported tremendous increase owing to the negative impact of the Global Financial Crisis, and proposes approaches to the debt management, and offers solutions.
