Abstract:

С наступлением мирового экономического кризиса все страны мира, начиная с конца 2008 года, приступили к разработке и реализации ряда антикризисных мероприятий. Эти мероприятия по степени охвата отличались многообразием и подразделялись на две большие группы: мероприятия финансового и нефинансового характера. Однако, как пока зал дальнейший ход развития, они во многих случаях не послужили своим целям, что и привело к ряду политических, экономических и социальных последствий.After the beginning of the Global Financial Crisis nearly all countries of the world, since the end of 2008, have stated designing and implementing several anticrisis programs and measures. The programs were very diverse and were divided into 2 broad groups: monetary and non-monetary. However, many of them couldn't meet the objectives they were designed to in the years to come, thus causing political, economic and social consequences.
