Abstract:

Հոդվաում քննարկվում են ՀՀ-ում առկա սոցիալական արդարության հիմնախնդիրները, վերլուծվում է երկրում վարվող հարկային քաղաքականության դերը, հատկապես այն հարկատեսակն երի գծով, որոնք ունեն սոցիալական անհավասարության մեղմման պոտենցիալ` եկամտահարկ, գույքահարկ, սոցիալական վճարներ։ The article considers the principles of social justice that are in effect at the present in the Republic of Armenia. The article also analyses the role of state taxation policy in regulating and equalising profits of private citizens. The article, in particular, concentrates on taxes that potentially promote equalising social welfare-income tax, property tax, welfare of private citizens.
