В статье представлены некоторые значимые политико-правовые события в годы образования Советского Союза и дальнейшего периода, анализируется их воздействие на возможности регулирования проблемы в конкретные временные отрезки, а также дана оценка данных фактов в контексте изменения способов представления Карабахского конфликта. The article presents some important political and legal events of the Soviet Union formation and a further period. The impact on the possibility of the problem regulation in specific time periods is analyzed, as well as the facts in the context of changing ways of presenting the Karabakh conflict are evaluated.
