Abstract:

Հոդվածը նվիրված է սոցիալական անվտանգության, դրա բովանդակային էության,արժեքային չափորոշման, հասակակական հարաբերությունների կարգավորիչ դերի հարցերի ուսումնասիրությանը: Հիմնվելով սոցիալական անվտանգության հասկացության բազմաասպեկտության վրա՝ ներկայացվել են դրա իրագործման սկզբունքներն ու հատկանիշները: Հոդվածում շոշափվել է ժամանակակից պետությունում սոցիալական անվտանգության կայուն համակարգի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտության կոնցեպտի հարցը: The article is dedicated to the observation of social security, its content nature, value standardization and regulatory role of public relations. Based on the multiaspect concept of Social Security its implementation principles and peculiarities have been presented. In the article the concept of the necessity of social security stable system creation in the modern state is discussed.
