Հոդվածում քննվում են բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում որակի կառավարման հիմնախնդիրները:Նկարագրվում են որակի կառավարման գործառույթները,այդ թվում՝ բարձրագույն կրթության ոլորտում: Վերլուծվում են որակի կառավարման առավել տարածված տիպերի համակարգերը և նրանց ներդրման ուղղությունները:Քննվող նյութի հիման վրա՝ ներկայացվում են կրթության ոլորտում ներդրվող որակի կառավարման հիմնարար սկզբունքները: The article deals with the problems of higher education in the field of quality management. Quality management functions, including higher education are described. Most common system models of quality management and their implementation directions are analyzed. On the basis of the examined material the fundamental principles of quality management invested in education are presented.
