Статья посвящена важной и актуальной теме конституционного права: проблемам реализации прав и свобод человека в контексте осуществления государственного суверенитета. Теоретически обосновано, что определение границ государственной власти и его суверенитета во многом зависит от того, как защищаются права и свободы человека - ограничители самой власти. The article is devoted to the important and actual subject of constitutional law: problems of realization of human rights and freedoms in the implementation context of national sovereignty. It is theoretically proved that the definition of the state power boundaries and its sovereignty is largely dependent on how human rights and freedoms are protected - limiters of the power itself.
