Статья посвящена анализу проблем становления социальных государств,в которых установлена полная и функциональная система гарантии прав человека и государственного управления,основанная на принципе гармонизации в интересах общества. В статье затронуты вопросы государственного значения в новых экономических условиях, в частности, социальной справедливости, равенства, обеспечения морали. The article analyzes the problems of the social state-building in which there is a complete and functional system of guarantees for human rights and governance, based on the principle of harmonization in the public interest. The article touches upon issues of national significance in the new economic conditions, particularly, of social justice, equality and ensuring morality.
