Abstract:

Հոդվածում ներկայացված է բարձր արդյունավետ հեղուկային քրոմատագրով (ԲԱՀՔ) ֆոսոդիեսթերազ-5–ի ինհիբիտորներ՝ տադալաֆիլի, վարդենաֆիլի և սիլդենաֆիլի, որակական և քանական որոշման մեթոդը: Առաջարկվող մեթոդը օժտված է բարձր արդյունավետությամբ, վերարտադրելիությամբ և ճշգրտությամբ: Ճշգրտությունը տատանվում է 97.08% -ից մինչեւ 102.9%: Մեթոդի գծայնության սահմաններն են 0.025մգ/ մլ-1.012մգ/մլ, հարաբերակցության (կորելացիայի) գործակիցը՝ R2 = 0.9998, ստացված արդյունքների հարաբերական սխալը (% RSD) կազմել է 1.75% - 4.35%: Մեթոդը կայուն է քրոմատագրական համակարգի պայմանների որոշակի փոփոխությունների նկատմամբ և հաջողությամբ կիրառվում է մի շարք կենսաակտիվ հավելումներում՝ նշված միացությունների որակական և քանական որոշման համար:The present study suggests the method for determining the content of 5-phosphodiesterase inhibitors in biologically active supplements by HPLC-DAD. The proposed method is characterized by high efficiency, good resolution and specificity. The accuracy range is from 97.08% to 102.9%. The method showed that the dependence of real content from observed content of 5-phosphodiesterase is linear in the concentration range from 0.025mg/ml to 1.012 mg/ml with correlation coefficients of R2 = 0.9998. The relative error (%RSD) of tadalafil, vardenafil, sildenafil content determination deviates from 1.75% to 4.35%. The parameters of the system were stable to the influence of small changes in chromatographic conditions, except for the retention time of studying peaks.
