Abstract:

Несмотря на достаточную изученность теории трансакционных издержек, подходы к оценке последних до сих пор весьма спорны, и несмотря на наличие множества теоретических исследований в этой области, крайне редко проводились конкретные количественные оценки трансакционных издержек. Это в основном объясняется трудностями, возникающими на методологическом и статистическом уровнях, которые связаны со всеми очевидными и неочевидными затратами хозяйствующих субъектов при определении и разграничении трансакционных издержек.Although the theory of the transaction costs is adequately studied, the approaches of the latter’s assessment of are still very controversial. Hence, despite the existence of many theoretical studies in this field, too rarely actual quantitative assessments of the transaction costs have been implemented. This is mainly due to the difficulties in the methodological and statistical levels related to the definition and delimitation of the transaction costs from all the obvious and non-obvious costs of the economic agents.
