Abstract:

Основной целью кадастра техногенных месторождений является: обеспечение эффективного использования и сохранения всех производственных отвалов, техногенных ресурсов, защита прав их владельцев и пользователей недр, создание объективных основ для определения природоохранных и природопользова- тельских платежей, а также для участия техногенных ресурсов в производственном обороте. Кадастр техногенных месторождений представляет собой систематизированный свод сведений о правовом, природном и экономическом состоянии, использовании и охране техногенных минеральных сырьевых ресурсов. Целью статьи является исследование проблем кадастра техногенных месторождений металлических полезных ископаемых и предложение путей и средств их решения.The main purpose of inventory and/or cadastre oftechnogen mine sites is to ensure effective use and maintenance of production piles, technogen resources; protect of rights of the owners and subsoil and mineral resource users; create objective foundation to determine natural resources rents and ensure use of technogen resources in the production process. The cadastre of technogen mine sites is a complete source of information on the legal, natural and economic status, use, and maintenance and/or preservation of mineral resources. The purpose of the article is to study the issues on inventorying metallic technogen mine sites and to propose approaches and measures to address them.
