В статье рассматриваются особенности кадровой политики офицерского состава Вооруженных Сил Армении, основанные на национальном опыте и концептуальной трансформации в области военного образования на международном уровне, а также анализируются основные позитивные направления ожидаемых изменений их реализации. The article is about the pecularities of personnel policy of the officer staff of the Armed Forces of RA, based on national experiences and conceptual transformation in the field of military education at the international level. It also analyzes the main positive direction of the expected changes in their implementation.
